BA in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and MSc in the UK, Jorge Agüero Lafora is currently a PhD candidate at the Ortega y Gasset Foundation. His thesis focuses on the dogmatic analysis of crimes against natural resources and the environment. His training and professional experience covers all procedural stages and practically all crimes provided for in the Criminal Code before any criminal court, including the Audiencia Nacional and the Supreme Court.

He speaks German, English and Spanish.

Alberto is also a certified expert in Taxation, therefore possessing high tax knowledge related to Tax Offenses.

She is studying law in Germany and will be completing her internship with us over the next few months. She has already spent two semesters at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra - Barcelona, where she gained experience in comparative law.

He got a degree in Law and International Relations from URJC and is currently pursuing a Master's in Advocacy and Legal Research at UAM. Possesses a strong interest in International Criminal Law and cooperation in criminal matters between states.

After 8 years working at Microsoft as Business Growth & Operations lead in 16 markets in Western Europe and LATAM, in 2021 he started his consultancy firm and is now associated with FukuroLegal.

Specialized in innovation and adoption of new technologies, Alejandro has extensive knowledge of the sector.
