David holds a degree in Law and International Relations from Rey Juan Carlos University, where he was awarded the Extraordinary End-of-Degree Prize, and a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Legal Research from the Autonomous University of Madrid. In addition to his training at the Legal Practice School of the Complutense University of Madrid and his certifications from the Council of Europe in criminal cooperation, he has developed a solid international profile through an academic stay in Germany and distinguished participation in Model United Nations conferences and parliamentary simulations.

His legal approach combines the rigor of Criminal Law with an in-depth analysis of International and Constitutional Law, integrating normative analysis with an understanding of political and historical contexts. This perspective allows him to address criminal phenomena from a cross-cutting viewpoint, with a particular interest in the transnational dimension of Criminal Law and the impact of new technologies on fundamental freedoms.

In his research activity, he collaborates with academic journals and media outlets, where he publishes analyses from a historical-legal perspective on public law and on current procedural issues, such as the doctrine of self-defense, the crime of incitement to hatred, or cyber threats posed by non-state actors. This work enables him to maintain a critical and up-to-date view of legal reality.

In his regular practice at the firm, he is involved in all types of criminal proceedings, acting for the prosecution or the defense, handling matters ranging from assistance to detainees and appearances at court hearings to the drafting of ordinary and extraordinary appeals, including motions for annulment, cassation, and constitutional appeals. He has experience in the investigation of complex cases related to organized crime, economic criminal law, and large-scale cyber fraud, as well as in extradition proceedings, European Arrest Warrants (EAWs), and the management of criminal and police data and alerts.

For David, legal practice is a craft, consisting of placing knowledge and ingenuity at the service of those who place their trust in him, acting as the voice and pen of those who stand defenseless before the rigor of a court of justice. This commitment requires constantly questioning the law in light of the challenges posed by technological evolution and the complexity of the international environment.

He speaks Spanish, English, and German, and has a basic knowledge of Arabic.
